Once Sutherland CBD has shipped your purchase, we are not responsible for the package being lost or stolen during
or after the delivery.

Once the product is open, you can not return the item. If you would like to send it back, you will be charged 20% restocking fee and you will be responsible for postage.

Return Policy

Sutherland CBD offers a 15-day exchange policy on tinctures, concentrates, vapes, edibles, and topicals.

Sutherland CBD will always exchange goods if they are defective or damaged.

Sutherland CBD customer service team has discretion in taking returns on products after 30 days of purchase. If the product was mostly or fully used, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
